Finally, one can wear capris, sandals, shorts, cute spring/summer skirts, and tank tops and not FREEZE!! (That’s just for a female, but if a male wanted to wear that, I am not one to judge) The sun has been shining for about 6 straight days with about 5 more to go without any RAIN! I’m extremely excited about this!
This means many grilled dinners to come, long dog walks after work and best of all NO MORE WHITE, PASTY SKIN! HAHAHA (I’m extremely ghost like 6 months of the year!!) Although, I don’t want to look overcooked from the sun either!
But with that being said, it also means my job will start picking up! It may not be as busy as it is in other areas, but Real Estate is doing good. We have a good number of closings anticipated this month, like 5 pending transactions so far and some pretty decent […]
